If calcium hampers the absorption of vitamins, how can i get my calcium if i’m currently taking multivitamins?

i plan to make milk my main source of calcium (won’t be taking supplements for that), and i’m taking Stresstabs with Iron.

can i have them both and still get all the nutrients from them, or do i have to choose?

if i can have them both, should i wait for the milk to be digested before i take a Stresstab? or should i take them at the same time?

I’ve never heard of calcium hampering the absortion of vitamins. Sounds like an old wives tale to me. However, I do know that if your worried about vitamins not being absorbed, fats in dairy products line the walls of the intestines and make more difficult to absorb nutrients. Dairy products should be taken in moderation. Its not so much of a problem so if you want to take them at the same time, go ahead.
